Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Crescent Hotel and Spa Crystal Ballroom
Is there a Hotel Block?
No. The Crescent Hotel does not do hotel blocks unfortunately. You are welcome to stay there, at their sister location, or any of the numerous places available to you in the area. You can find all the information on the Travel Info page.
Will there be transportation to and/or from the hotel(s)?
There are Trolleys that go from multiple locations in Eureka Springs up to the Crescent Hotel. There are also transportation services such as Eureka Taxi.
Is there parking available near your wedding Venue?
There is parking available for guests of the Crescent Hotel. There is also pay to park areas around Eureka Springs that you can use and walk to a trolley stop.
Is the wedding venue accessible?
The venue has limited accessibility due to it being a historical building. There is a ramp to enter, few accessible rooms, a wheelchair accessible public restroom, and one (very slow) elevator.
How do I RSVP?
You are welcome to RSVP online or by sending us a physical RSVP.
When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is September 1st.
Are plus-ones allowed?
The venue can only hold 100 people so we must have a limited guest list. We prefer this to be a moment celebrated with our close family and friends, not strangers. The number of people allowed with you will be written on your invitation if we expect more than one person in your party. Please contact us if you want a plus one and we will let you know if we have the room.
Is the wedding kid friendly?
Yes. This far from a child free wedding!
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal.
Should I bring a costume?
While our wedding isn't a costume party, we still encourage you to bring a Halloween costume. Not only do we love Halloween, but the town loves Halloween too. Adults are encouraged to dress up and trick or treat.
Is there a wedding registry?
We do not have a wedding registry, we have a honeymoon fund instead. You are not required to give anything but we are grateful for everything we are given.
What are the menu options?
We will be having a buffet style dinner.
Will there be an open bar?
There will not be an open bar. Everyone will receive a voucher for two free drinks then will have to pay for the rest.
